C9 is on to something with the simple license plate topper. That's a very good idea. I would certainly buy several of those to run on my shit boxes. Way better than the tea cozy idea!

sounds good to me also but... On y car it couldn't be mounted on the rear(it would be too high up).& alot of states don't have front plates!! My front plate is just hangin on cable ties.Heres a concept.. what about either! The plaques would bring in alot more money then Tabs. jimV
The topper idea is a good one too, but I thought this post was about plaques. Let's worry about toppers, t-shirts, secret agent spy rings and tea cozies later. So far the vote is 74 yes and 4 no. figuring 10 bucks a plaque going to the board, that's 740 smackers right there. And I think people would keep buying them over time. I'm sure Dennis could make up another run of them whenever there are enough orders to make it worthwhile. If you don't want a plaque, don't buy one, but why stop those of us who want one?
Plaque would be great , especialy as i am not a member of any other club a HAMB gear knob could be very cool sadly I am no artist , I would even pay the shipping to the uk as long as i could buy a couple of t shirts to wrap it in UKAde

hey guys, I second the plaque = cool motion. one way to reduce the chances of one winding up on eGay would be to just add a serialnumber to each one. if ones up on the 'gay we'll know where it came from. Danny
Don't worry about them ending up on eGay, they will, and swap meets too. I saw a Knowbody's plaque at the Portland Swap Meet a year or so ago. Repop city, no doubt.

Well, the poll is now 104 yes, 8 no. That would bring $1040.00 to supporting the HAMB if we donated 10 bucks a plaque. I think more would buy them if we actually had them to sell. And they could be made up in batches later too whenever there were enough orders to make it worthwhile for Obrien's Truckers to run them.
Plaques would be cool, but I just don't want to see a repeat of that defective HAMB condom disaster back in '02.
