Anyone know what the stock tire size is for a 1965 Chevy C10 (2wheel drive)? It's not in the owner's manual, and I've been unable to locate it on the web.

Coker told me it was a 775-15, they got the size from an encyclopedia of American cars & trucks. I was looking for the same info for my '66 C10.

For some reason I happen to have a '65 GMC factory brochure. The tire sizes for a half ton GMC are shown as 7.75-15 or 8.15-14, four ply tubeless, which pretty much agrees with what Old Wolf posted. You could also get a 7.00-17.5 six ply tube tire as an option, and on a heavy duty half ton 8.00-19.5 eight ply tires were available.
