Thanks,i did found the alternators that looks like a generator on speedway motors but i think theyre to expensive to buy one for driving around with for just this summer,i think i´ll have to satisfy with 12 v DC for now.

Great find Vicent! I have to ask why you want an alternator? You could put a 55-57 generator on it and maintain the old style looks. If you go with the 12v alternator don't you have to replace the lights and/or other stuff? Whatever you do keep us posted, OK?

Yeah ive been told that he´s a really good pinstriper, something like best in europe and one of the ten best in the world but i don´t know, how do you measure "best" when it comes to pinstriping??One thing for sure,he did a hell of a good job att my car and that´s good enough for me.He lives i Sweden now,but i don´t know if it´s all the year or just the summer.I think he bought a house up here.

  12. Your too sweet :D
If your gonna leave the banger in it, I would leave it 6V. They start and run fine...mine does anyways.
    Great looking 31!

Negative, make it safe, reliable and fun.
Rat rod is a trend, style is forever.

I'm suprised the tradition nazis haven't jumped all over the 5 window remark.

Hi Vincent. Just got back from the harbour in Gothenburg yesterday evening. Trip went fine and the car is home now. It looks much better in the picture than in reality, but hey! It's 78 years old. It runs and drives and I plan to spend the summer double declutching. It's too good to cut up, but if I should modify it I would use Chris' car as inspiration. That one's SOOO right.
