howdy, I have been lurking here for over a year, and really have learned a lot and enjoy hangin out here. I haven't really introduced myslef because I have never been sure my current car fits the seen. I have a 65 chevy II.

But anyways, the reson for the post: I will be in the Dallas and Austin area this weekend, I am looking for something to do. I can weld, sand do electrical, pretty much any thing you need doing around the shop. Hell, I can even bring beers..

If you are thrashing on your car for the next show, or could use some help around the shop, I'm available.

You can bring beer to my house and I'll drink it...:)...actually I should have my Dart completed by this weekend, maybe a little tuning.
Wish there was a good car show going on.

Coming to Austin this weekend? I hope you have a place to stay already. There are supposed to be 20,000 or so Bikers here for the Republic of Texas Biker Rally.

I almost forgot about the ROT rally, what a zoo that has become. I didnt get out to Matt's last night because my dentist decided I needed a root canal instead and the Vicodin knocked me for a loop. I am going to try to get with Matt over the weekend.

Thirty Minutes in the woods that is pretty funny...PM Sent. This is truly a great group here.

While we are at it...I will post the pics of my Chevy II for feedback...I am really struggeling with what to do with the hood.

My original concept was sixtys gasser turned street car.

fink5,thats a good looking nova. I've always liked them. I had a 66 and a 67 but like the early ones too. If the dallas and Austin guys aren't going to use you head east to Conroe from austin. I have a very large 59 buick I am going to start taking to the metal. I don't drink so It will be cheap trip for you. Very kind of you to offer your help. TP

Well, I spent the afternoon hanging with Chandler talking hotrods, pinstriping and drinking beer. Then we went to have some great mexican food. Hell Chandler even stripped my gee-tar...he is going to send me some pics so I can post them.
Thanks Jonnie for the strippin' and hospitality
