I was going to just post in someone else's thread, but I don't see any other threads on here from this years show. Eyes on Design was a visual overload of the creme-de-la-creme of automotive treasures held annually on Fathers Day at the Edsel and Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan. It features vehicles from the past, present and future with a changing theme each year. A distinguished panel of judges awards vehicles top honors. I had a personal honor of having the chance to work on John St.Germain's Black and Coral 1950 Ford Buisiness Coupe over at Brothers Custom Automotive, along side of Bill Jagenow, Steve Jagenow and Jason Wise where we got it ready for the show fitting it with new suspension (lowered springs front and rear, shocks etc), brakes, kingpins, steering components, a new cooling system, carburetors etc. John's "SHOE ZE" won the class the car was picked to be in, and recieved the Blue Ribbon for "Designers Choice - The Art of Redesign (Custom)" class. I posted up some photos I took at the show HERE Take a peek.

Redesign of a production car for our class. We didn't win, and that's ok. To be invited two years in a row is really something.
