Ok. I think I'm getting better? Probably should have not done this in the dark with only a spotlight. And shouldn't have used the family van a.k.a MANVAN. Oh well!

    I showed a couple prototype bolt on Flying Eyeballs at Cobo,back in March;
just about everyone asked if I could do them with longer studs on the back.

Took a while, but here they are:

    Happy B-Day Mr. Jeff.

Zombie, that's just unreal, I got chills when it came up on the screen.

Wide Whitewalls, Cool Posters, when will they be available?

Just a suggestion (yes I saw you got called on the splling, I got ta sme prblm), you could leave off the Simulten, uh, Simultaneus, er...no, that last word:rolleyes:. In reading it with it in there (in my overcafinated mind) it suggests that only straight linkage qualifies, as opposed to a progressive setup. FWIW my pops likes to call that setup 'trips' with either straight or progressive actuation (if you wanted another synonym, not that you need it). Not diggin on ya, just tryin to help.

  10. Picture does the print NO justice, I have mine framed & on the wall next to last years Dirty Donny one...

    Great show guys...

Nah man, I was asking for help on these, you're not diggin'.

I'm trying to keep the definitions short so would you say that just dropping the problem word "simultaneously" all together would still function yet not get into weather someone decides to use straight of progressive linkage (granted, I think that most folks would run them progressive)

I appreciate the notes. I want to get these right and I knew that this was going to be the place for the best feedback beyond my skimpy writing skills.

No, I seriously appreciate it! I was illustrating my poor grammar. I didn't take any ***iness in there.

(I know, ***iness is spelled wrong too :p )

Slide, nice truck. I especially like the tail lights. Are those being custom made, or is that some option I have never seen before?

    Killer work Zombie as always!

    Widewhitewalls... Good looking stuff.

    Everyone, Killer stuff.
    ...............................................

Well, I came home from the Hot Rod Reunion to a slew of voice mails of typical Bikers freaking out cause the "Smoke Out" is this weekend and they of co**** waited till the last minuite to build sixteen bikes that they have been working on since last years Smoke Out.

I don't mind, I ***** and moan and tell them its gonna cost more cause I have to go to there shop and work late..:D

Donnie loos of ****er Punch Sally's is the only Bike builder that never does this to me. They are always ON THERE ****! They know what they want, how big, what color and give you plenty of time to do it..

I'll post pics of his new bike first for that reason.

    ..............................................................................

As some of you may know, Donnie recently (2 months ago) crashed an ATV and had to be Airlifted with internal head and brain injury's and multiple body injuries. For a couple of days it didn't look like he was gonna make it, and for a week they didn't know if he would walk, talk, drool or what.. But, Thank god, Donnie recovered fully and is back to building bikes as cool as ever.

That in mind... check out the name of his latest build!!:D

    CAB, I'm likin' it, bud!

WideWhites, as usual, top shelves stuf! ( Did I spel that corecklie?)

Thanks to all for their generous compliments on my hacked out sketches. I had nothing and sat trying to think of what I could bust out quickly so, naturally, I decided to do one with a girl in it. (safari-wagon,They're pictures, I make 'em up as I go.)
Today my oldest son, Ian, turns 14. He wanted me to post the colored versions of the same renderings. I'll follow it with some details of the Hula Babes from a couple weeks ago for all the Horn Dogs. (With apologies to the moderators for the OT-ishness if it.)

    Thanks!

Those are 36 (I think?) Chevy car taillights, specified when Thom commissioned the art. I just added the "49" into the lens to make the illustration purdy. There are no plans I know of to actually emboss that onto the lights. (Although the word, CHEVROLET is debossed into the OEM lens.)

widewalls-- nice design work! It feels old and new at the same time!

zombie and jigger -- yall keep raising the bar for yourselves!

flyin'p -- as I mentioned before, very nice work. If yall haven't seen the hi-rez print in R&C, be sure to take a look!

Great work corngrower32! I have got to learn lettering. I was a graphic design student many years ago. Hope I still have my typeography skills.

    Thanks.

Just do it, and do it, and do it... then keep doing it.
Its the best way to learn. (practice on a piece of gl***.. its the hardest thing to paint on, and you can clean it with a razor blade... Get OKAY on gl***, and you'll be GREAT on everything else)

    You'll have no problem.

Also.. Google "Script font" on Google IMAGES..(click on "images" at the top of the google page.. You'll be amazed at the different styles and quality.. page after page.. also search "hand lettering fonts"
