With a 57 Chevy front bumper (I think) and an engine stand setting there too, I'm gonna guess you've stumbled on a gearheads stash.

Finding old stuff in a barn/shed/hanger is like seeing a big fish ... it does not count unless you get it in the boat ... same for the coupe ... does not count unless you get it ...

    Good Luck :)

I found one ( 32 5W Ford ) in a hanger ... even more complete than the one shown ... 35 years ago. Sadly, it is still sitting in the same place it was back then. The owner is at least 80 years old ... and still says ... I am going to fix it up one day :)

I am going to do my best to make it mine, but as you guys can attest if he "just dont wanna sell it" or "is gonna fix it up one day" sometimes thats all you get haha. the bumper is off of a 57 chevy truck i believe that is still here in town, also the coupe has the ch***is under it, complete even has the gas tank!

That's pretty sweet. Just the other day I was driving by a salvage yard close to the shop, and I just happened to look on top of this pile of "stuff" was a Model A Tudor, so I locked the brakes up on my poor little cutl*** slammed her into reverse and pulled into the parking lot. I went in and there was an older fella probably close to 80, and a guy in his 30's. I introduced myself told him I saw the A, and he said "there's more than that old buzzard, go take a look if you want" and pointed to the door. As soon as I walked out I was greated by a row of old F1 Fords, and 3 '57 F600's. It turned out there are 4 Tudor bodies, one complete one, a Model A Pickup, and a T pickup. Along with a '68 Mustang vert, an old fairlane, 2 63 Impalas, '58 Chevy Pickup, and more '57 to 60 F100s than you can shake a stick at. Plus a fine ***ortment of Dodge K Cars. According to my dad nothing has moved out of that yard for close to 30 years. The guy just deals with copper now, the rest is for sale, but he won't put prices on anything just yet. He also has close to 60 old cars at his house he said any where from the 1920's to the mid 70's.

There has got to be more to the story. You should have known in 2 seconds if it was buyable or not. Why were you there? Who is the owner?

Sounds like the evening news headlines....
