I missed the HRR this year . . . wished I could have seen your car. There is just something about snorting nitro motors that just makes my day! I'm building my 34 coupe similar to the Mooneyham / Sharpe car - with a blown 392 in it. It's a street car, so I'll be running carbs on it . . . but I picked up a tall 4-port Hilborn just "in case" I get a wild hair up my *** and decide to "tip the can" and have some fun. Your work is an inspiration to me - thanks for sharing!
You can hear "lifelike"recordings of people talk and sing, Indy cars scream, machinery work, guns fire, even folks 'getting-it-on', but you HAVE to be there when there's nitro burnin' get the real effect!!! 'cryin' and smilin'!
