Old roadster guys, ID this dash rail please.

I've had this old dash rail stashed back for a future project and don't even know what it fits. I'm sure I'm not the first guy to figure out it is almost a bolt in for a 28-29 roadster and these pic show it hanging in a '32 but what is it from?

Overland dash rail for a '28-'29 roadster? Not sure, Ive seen a few overland cowl rails on '30-'31s
