Got a '63 for the wife.

The wife has been wanting a project for awhile now. Friend in the club was selling his 63 bel air and gave me a hell of a deal that we couldnt pass on. It's in decent shape, runs and is a almost a mile long! Wife wanted a four door and now she has one. Going to have some fun with this one. Wife wants it satin black with a gloss black top. Have some 69 couger caps with bullets that im going to run on it. Already got the bellflower exhuast tips, just need to install them. Torn on what tire to run, Pinners or wide whites. I like the pinners, but dont want it to look to gangsta for my wife to drive. AND YES THE RED WHEELS ARE GOING TO GO My wife is excited. Shes been working on it everyday so far. SO looks like the ford will be taking a little longer to get on the road now since all my time is going into the 63, helping my wife out. But I'd rather have my wife on the car side then against me, right What you think?

I'm a little biased on 63 mordoors....mine's a Biscayne I picked up bone stock in 2001 from a North Dakota Sunday school teacher's son. 64K on it. For $1800. Drove it 600 miles home. It looks a little different than when I brought it home...

Mine is GM Black Sapphire all over, although I was (and am) seriously tempted to do a pearl white roof. The satin to gloss black roof deal could be cool.

I like the pinner whites, and against the patina on the car now, I think black or white wheels, pinner whites, and spider caps would look bitchin'.

You're wise to keep the wife interested! Mine loves ours and really likes getting the kids out for a cruise in it.

X is sittin next to me . he said he's going home to cry. na he said he glad to see it painted finally. and me personaly i think you sould go with 13x7 daytons 5:20 pinner whites multi colord graphic candy paint hydros, with 100 doller bills grafted on the frame and a murral of scarface for no reason just kiddin it looks bad ass bro

I really like your 63, I saw it at BTT50s a couple of years ago and thought it had the perfect look and stance!............. dont change it!
