After I saw the pics of Mike's '29 Roadster (which is way cool) I thought I would post some pics of my woodgrained dash and my new interior on my '37 Coupe. Jocko Mcneil did the woodgraining (The Highlander on the H.A.M.B.) Metro Detroit area. Bill Richards did my Interior. (Mr.Bill's Auto Interior in Perrysburg, OH) Both did excellent jobs and they are just great to work with. As you can see, I wasn' disappointed. If I screw up posting the pics, I will try again.
Hey thanks. Glad you liked it. Wanted to keep it traditional looking. Had input from alot of folks. My friend Hemifarris has the best taste and insight around on what traditional cars should look like. Thanks
Jocko's a 3rd generation wood grain artist. Grandpa worked @ Otis elevator & Dad resto'd Packards for decades. Believe you me, if it wasn't perfect, they'd come back & haunt him!
That thing would look good hauling a 1962 Shasta trailer! Seriously though - looks sweet Kent. Hopefully its up to Deb's tough automotive standards. Mike
Is the bottom part of your window garnish molding unique to your year or was it offered in '36 as well? If so, know where I can get them? Absolutely beautiful interior. Fits your look perfectly.
