anyone see this style exhaust tips around?

    i need a new pair. where are they? -- what are they?:eek:
    1 1/2 high -- 4 1/2 across & about 5 1/2 long.

    Not exactly the same, but these were found on Studebakers from '57 through '64--almost always on Hawks--and have been reproduced.

    Cant make them?
    Pretty sure you can find tips those dimensions.
    Get some sheet metal and form it up. Press the recess's and cut them out. Debur the edges.
    Weld that baby in.
    Get them chromed if you want too, and have the satisfaction of saying you did it yourself?

    I found one at a swapmeet a while back and used it when I had the stock exhaust.
    I had twice pipes installed and and could not find another so it came off.
    I might still have it laying around.

    OMG! make some?! i sure could make some if the truck was DONE along with other vehicles around here & i was standing around with nothing to do. :eek: wait........ naaaaaaaaaaaaaa noway i wouldnt even do it then. :D:D

    ------------- Happy Hoppy i would be interested in yours if it matches mine as one of mine is to scuzzy to clean up. although i kinda want one that just kinda cleans up. i guess these have been on my 34 truck since before 1970.
