Thanks for the compliments guys! Just got the A/C charged in it and it astually works. I'm amazed, I never put A/C in an old car before. Heading down to the shop to put seat belts in it next.

  2. Its tuesday afternoon............did you retire?

  3. Looks nice! Congratulations!

I'm jealous. I'm really close to getting my deuce pickup on the road, but keep getting sidetracked.

    Great looking truck.

  5. Our Burro, '78 Model, 60 Dodge taillights now and 13 Corvair wire hubcaps, plus a real mini fridge... that's a $99 A/C in the front, 10 years old and still going. I just made all new curtains out of Mexican blanket stripe Sunbrella material.

I took vacation this week so I could go to Des Moines for GoodGuys. Two years 9 months left before I can retire (if I can afford to with this old car habit).

Im puttin one together for pat berry right now in the shop and trying to convince gene to let us put together a shop truck out of some 33-34 pickups. Tom, Nice to hear from you. I'm planning on being there and camping for sure this year. I planned on having the pickup done for this the last two years but you know how that goes (s-l-o-w-l-y for me that is). Is it still at the campgrounds on the NW side like the last two years? And are you going to Bonneville this year? I'd like to but I don't know for sure yet.

Yes, the campgrounds on the NW side.

The plan is to be at Bonneville from Sunday to Thu. Probable be the last time for a few years. :(

Is that you Trev? Tell that old tightwad Gene to let you build a shop truck (but I'll bet he'd sell it anyway). :D Didn't Gene's old Chevy shop truck with the Nailhead get sold? Did the boys in the night cl*** that I was at last fall get that '34 cab hammered back together? The rod run is this weekend, right? I won't make it out for this one (too soon after Des Moines) but I will be coming out either later this month or in August. I'd like to go to Bonneville with Gene if it works out. We'll see you guys sometime yet this summer.
