Picture Problem

Having a problem downloading a couple of pictures. Attachment saying pictures to big. I tried making them smaller and can't seem to get them posted... Any help would be nice...

 

Post them on Photobucket,then link to them.

 

I fixed the problem if any one is trying as well go to PAINT and IMAGE (Stretch/screw) and 29% tab 29% then hit OK.... Thanks for the help
