I may finish up my floorpans this weekend. So I thought I would post a few pictures for everybody to laugh at. Also installed rocker panels and patched up the inner rockers and the lower cowl and toeboards. Nothing fancy I just hammered out some 18 guage and rolled a few beads in them. My welding is not the best, but I guess it will do. Also a picture of a floor support that I almost finished before we popped firecrackers yesterday. I will post a couple of after pictures when I get all the tools and junk out of it

Who's laughing? I think you're doing a great job. Doing it yourself with what ever tools you may have at hand beats dialing 1-800 anytime.

looks good! after the carpet goes in nobody will know unless they crawl under and if you undercoat it 100% hidden.

Thanks. It will get undercoating and I'm, debating what to coat the inside with. Prime it and paint it , or maybe try por 15, see how it works.

I bought my 57 RW pans from EMS. Fit like a glove, high quality.

I got a little patch put in the kick panel and finished welding in the driver side front floor pan. Then sanded it and brushed on some primer and some ch***is black. All you can see in the picture is a bunch of black paint.

I would POR 15 it, then seam seal it on all the corners and maybe a little over the welds (brushable sealer) and then some dynamat and carpet and you good to go!
