thats not true at all, i think it looks really clean. and like a few others i am partial to the 63 falcon, having a 63 1/2 sprint hardtop as a daily while i was in highschool. and just like you, all of the pretty girls loved it!!
im liking it.looks real clean. the perfect little daily driver in my book. maybe put some blocks in the back to get the ass end down just a wee bit and thats it. looks great.
well thanks for all the kind comments everyone im going to add lake pipes and lower the backend 3 inches and then im done! i cant wait. && its not my daily driver, i only bring it out on the nice days lol
Cute...and the car is nice too. Seriously, it looks good I didn't even notice it was a four door. Striping is cool...hopefully I'll take some time and learn how to do it. I'll be getting my Comet off of it's stands tonight after almost 7 months. WooHoo! Falcons are cool little cars and yours looks pretty darn good.

that right now is 4 inch blocks which i wouldnt recomend i found 3 inch ones at your local parts stores and then you have to get some custom extended u bolts .. i just brought a stock one and the guy was able to make something up .. and for the front i got 3 inch drop springs custom made if you want more info you can order them online.. i love your pinstriping tho wish you were from around here .. id have you cover up some spots wth em haha keep up the good work.. anything else on the lowering id be glad to answer any questions, Brett
i cant find any good pics ill have to post em up soon but another easy thing to do is make custom tailights.. with 59 caddy bullet lights.. if i can find some pics of mine ill put em up .. have you looked at the falcons done right thread .. post yours up there. theres so pictures to get ideas from
Sweet ride. I have a 63 falcon futura myself. I read that you wanted to lower the back 3"? I just did that to mine. Here's what I did: Since the falcon has such small axel tubes, you need to get new u bolts bent up. I had a spring shop bend them for me and the cost was cheap @ $35 bux shipped with nuts and washers. Have them bend them out of 1/2" threaded rod with a 2 1/4" inside radius with about a 10 inch length. You'll also have to drill out the spring plates to accomodate for the larger diameter bolts. I wouldn't go 3", I tried it on mine and it was TOO low and rubbed a little over bigger bumps. I also installed new monroe gas matic shocks when I did this. Seems ok. Next step for me is to change the strut rod bushings up front and to whack a coil or so off the front!! good luck.
