  8. Looking sweet man! What medium are those..?

Here's the piece that I did that was in that California Screamin' show. Enamel on riveted hand distressed airplane grade sheet metal - 45" x 38". As far as I know, it didn't sell at the show.

I have never posted on the artshow, but watch it every week. I can't draw, or pinstripe or paint or anything cool like you guys, but I never leave home without my camera and occasionally I am lucky enough to catch a cool pic...hope you like em!

Just got my carving finished for the Tiki Freakout show in Costa Mesa next weekend...

Fresh from the laboratory....Tikistein rises! Carved 40" palm with staples, screws and balls of steel!

Picture this thing a week ago as a rusty industrial grey cabinet with broken glass and looking pretty much crappy...I sanded it with a DA and shot it last week, then layed out some flames and hit them with a little color in a can and mixed up some special electric green for the striping. Then I did a little pinstripe job for a glass guy ...who hooked me up with new glass! Today tiny came by and as we were killing some beers I decided to make a new latch plate out of some steel he had given me....turned out it was stainless...so we had to make 2...gonna run them on a polishing wheel soon! Then justin (tiny) gave me 10 gallons of glass bead...so pretty soon this thing won't be a trailer queen anymore and will actually run!!!
