It looks like I'm there. I was gonna go to the cruise up in Spring, but have not heard from Brad yet. I was supposed to go up there with him and someone else, but this is convenient and the show in Spring is every Saturday.
Fred, If you haven't been to RBR before, you will dig it big time. Car show starts in the afternoon in the alley next to the Continental Club, then bands, greasers, rock-a-billy folk, and general mayhem. The whole thing is put together by Big-E.
I'm going to try and make it out there. Will be good to hear some decent music. Back in the UK my brother in law is a slap b*** player so did the circuit quite a bit.
I just talked to Big E and he told me doors open at 4pm and the luxurious Panthers are going on at 6pm, he is trying to get someone to play 5pm!! see ya there,, John
I made it out and it was freaking cool to see all the cars that showed up. I had to leave before the music kicked in, but the few hours I stayed was well worth it. I'll post pics when I get them downloaded.
