These are great , it's like they made them into megaphones so they could put really big baffles in to make em' quiet !

Ok, so since I started this thread, you guys have given me tons of great ideas!

Heres my latest creation. Headers for my 240 six.

Look closely, theyre custom routed in a firing order so that it'll fire three times on the right pipe and three in the left and so on.

I cant wait to hear what it sounds like. :D Once Its together, Ill take a video and post it here for all to listen to!

  11. Some awesome looking headers you guys for sure!

Well, mine aren't "traditional" but I made them myself, they had to be made so everything would fit....

Check out Two Guys Garage on Speed Channel, Sunday July 13th at 9:00AM EST (time may vary, check your listings). Bryan Fuller builds a set custom headers, exhaust and mufflers for a custom 1961 Impala.

  19. Here's my current setup - zoomies made out of Harley exhaust pipes on a 331 Caddy motor. Unique, but destined for the cutting room floor. I want to run some period lake headers on this cart... after I save up a few shekels to do it!

Engine is an aluminum Donavan replica of a Model "B" Ford. The headers are equal length, which is why they were built like this. The owner is a well known gocart race header manufacturer. His design, but they were built in our shop

    Mine...

Still thinking of doing funny car style turn-up ends. Having way to much fun using it to clean out curbs right now though.

What coating / paint is on these? I love the dull grey look, and want something that will hold up.
