My first post might as well be on a car that I worked on. I've got some serious hours in that car and it still impresses me every time I see it. Don't worry about the fender Eric, I can fix anything!

 

i respect that man, good for you. besides, i'm sure the humiliation he felt is worse then any beating you could give him. as for the car, smashed or no smashed, it's a bitchin' machine! now it just has that extra charactor

 

did he offer to pay for/help with the repairs?

kid is extremely apologetic and ashamed. rightfully so.

now it's up to our insurance companies to fight it out. i'm figuring it's gonna be a long drawn out issue...good times ahead for me.

and lets make this clear. the kid is young. he fucked up. BIG. we talked today. he knows the score. i made sure of that. we've all fucked up,,,and hopefully learned from our mistakes. i hope he has. no ill will anymore towards him. done is done. time to move on.
