Ok. Where are all the fenders?

Since so many hod rods are completed fenderless, where do all the fenders go??

Some of us can put them to use!

Aw, Man...I seen a whole buncha Fenders in this guitar shop, Dude...they ain't hard ta find!

 

im running fenders!
--------- fenders: they got bent up & taken off & they are real easy to pick up & throw in the back of a truck or trailer to go to the crusher.

i dont know where they are - ???

 

After I couldn't give them away on here or locally I brought them to the s**** yard.

 

There must be at least a couple thousand comedians out of work and look whose trying to break into the business.

I am also slowly in the process of building a 28 Tudor that WILL have fenders..
I have a set of 28-29 fenders that might go up for sale soon. They will need a little work, (read..Im no Body man) I think the only one I could use is the drivers side rear.
I have 2 complete sets , I guess i could make a left rear if i had to. (ha ha)
But would rather find one in good condition.
I see a set every now and than 30-31's on the "bay" going for 4 to 5 bills each. but that will not help me..need 28-29 stuff.

 

The fenders are hanging out with the trunk lids and 32-34 pickup doors.

Most hot rodders love to see hot rod parts hanging in their garage, you'll be surprised at what hanging in guys garages. I know a guy who has a full attic full of great early Ford parts, he's just too lazy to ebay them or swap meet them. Ask around and you'll never know what they might have for possible sale.

You're few years too late, Bro!

Back in about 1992, I had a natural finish Tele with a maple neck, and "blonde" (yellow) Tele with a rosewood fretboard (just like Charlotte Caffey's!). I ended up liking my Pepto-pink Strat better, and sold off the Tele-Twins, though!!!
