Ventured across the river tonight to a Cruise Night in Pennsy. Met Kustom777 with his chopped Ford. Turns out his shop is about 3 miles from my house. I had seen it a few times parked out front and wondered who had an old style custom out here in Preppy Land. Jim, as promised, here's your car....

HOLLLLY shit. I cannot even belive that is even the same car I handed off to Jim a year or so ago.

I screwed that heap together here in S Carolina as a daily driver. One day on the way home from work, a cell phone gabbin, mini-van driver fuckin CREAMS it.

Jim stepped up, took her off my hands and made her all better. I'm proud as hell. He done good.

PS. Jim, if you ever want to get rid of the hub caps that were on it, I would LOVE first dibs...they have a bit of sentimental value.

    Nice job, -Abone.

PPS. Here is a shot of her all wrinkled up..

I remember Jim driving it to the Leadsled Spectacular in 2002 (?). I remember thinkin that it would be sweet when the quarters were fixxed back. Be nice to see it in person again now that it's straight once more.

thanks for the compliments guys,,,,,the car has come a long way, but still has a long way to go before it'll be done,,,it's coming along, though,,,the latest mod is the peaked hood and the buick portholes in the top of the hood,,molded the front and rear pans, rounded door and trunk corners,,,,flamedabone,,the quarter was repaired at chopolds shop (thanks, mark)....it really was a lot of work, but it turned out nice,,the trunk lid still needs some final tweaking, but it's close,,if any photoshop guys read this could you try some different colors on it for me?..i'm thinking a cream colored roof/trunk with the 54 olds trim as the dividing line for the other color (copper), or maybe the whole car in a green similar to =mikes= merc,,,thanks
