Now that I have your attention,I need help to find pictures of a yellow 49-51 fastback ,maybe had white scallops, a stock grill and was featured in a magazine over the last year or so. I thought maybe R J,but I am ******ed if I can find it. I collect so many other mags I dont know where to start next, Can any kind soul help me out here? I'm sure if it had teeth it would jump out and bite me.
It sounds like Jerry Conklings '51 Chevy. He is here in Maryland and it's a great car. It was featured on the cover of Jegs catalog not to long ago.

Did it get into a Buckaroo mag about the same time too? I seem to recall two features on that same car.
Painted by outstanding East Coast painter, Richard Glymph, I've yet to see a photo do this car justice. You gotta see it in person, in the sunlight. It will flat knock your eyes out
