Looking forward to checking out N.Y this THURS 24 and was looking to see if any events or shows(car-music-etc) were going on and where.. Heading out SUNDAY nite so hoping to catch the nite life and how ya'll new yorkers tear **** up!! thankx for any info in advance and hope to hang with some fellow hambers...
Okay, this is not car related, and totally OT, but if you are a coffee drinker, check out Zabar's grocery on 80th St. at Broadway. I never go to the City without coming back with several pound bags of their coffee beans. And they are POUND bags, not that 13.5 ounce BS, plus the place has a full room devoted to cheeses, and go upstairs if the wife needs any type of kitchen gadget! Like bread? you'll never see so many kinds of rye bread anywhere else. Finally, from San Antonio, you may be having BBQ withdrawal, go to Virgil's, about a block east of Times Square.
Not much of a coffee drinker but thankx for the info--Looking more towards of the car and music scene-....Staying in the Midtown area right by Times Square..
