Good morning to all, Next Saturday July 26th we will have our open house. This is the same weekend of Goodguys (Puyallup). We are only a few blocks from the fairgrounds just off of Meridian. The address is 402 2nd st se. We are on the corner of 2nd st se and 4th ave se, just behind the Safeway. We will have food for about 300 people, so come on over and have a good time with us. Thanks again. Steve Glucoft Amocat Speed Emporium Hotrodarama
will you be serving grits? i'm only coming if i can get a bowl of grits. oh, and i demand that i be allowed to sleep in my car for the 3rd year in a row. with a bowl of grits.
Thanks Steve, We'll see you there. You are always a good host. Its always fun to check out your place. Time warp! Brian
The Swindlers have decided that we're doing goodguys this year...We're all lookin got get into streetrods as that is the new thing. I doubt we'll stop by afterward, because we're usually pretty worn out by the time the judging is over at Goodguys. We need time to load our golf carts and street rod displays into the camper/trailer. So, I don't know if we're going to have time to stop by...
With all that weight from those gold chains around yer neck.... I can understand your hesitation... but let me ***ure you.... if you go to amocats... you will be able to tell all your gold chainer buddies how hideous all those old Jalopies were and that they were going to waste.... and those weird guys who like all that OLD **** were acting arrogant about not wanting to sell you their unfinished cars for your next dial-a-rod.
I'll be there for sure Steve !!!! always a great time ! That Hudson would look killer with a "I'd-a-Idiot" billet steering column ! and some of those balled milled tiny *** mirrors, and maybe brushed aluminum taillight housings ! just joking ! hope to see The Swindlers at Amocat !
Always looking forward to your hospitality Steve. I dig it more than the event (shhh don't tell Gary) None of my more 'traditional' projects are ready - the the AR roadster almost, but some banger glitches will sideline it for this year - so I will be rolling the trip in my early 60's era '59 El Camino. Will I still be welcome - or tossed out for having a late model 'Street Rod' ? Now where's my Mr. T starter kit....
Hey Steve! I'll be there for sure. This is a party not to be missed!!!! I got your phone message and have been too lame to call you back yet. You guys full-on stepped it up for Billetproof!
That's Ok we are all busy. I understand. We will have a couple of cars that we will bring over for Goodguys. Hope to catch up to you there and at the shop later. Thanks again Steve Glucoft Amocat Speed Emporium
Hudsoncustom, if I add some 22" billet wheels to my 57 will it make you feel more welcome at the event (so your streetrod buddies wont rib you to much).. I will keep the nose high look also, might be able to get 24's on the front and those 22's on the rear. Stopping by the 'Rent a Rim' shop tomorrow morning to get a fresh pair of bling see ya all there
Steve, Thanks for the phone message invite. I would be there but I just have too much work piled up. Thanks again, I appreciate the invite.
Now I'm too confused for my own good. It was just recently explained to me what a hotrodarama is. Now I'm left totally in the dark about what an AMOCAT is. I grew up in Tacoma but I don't get any connection. What???????????????????????????????is it?
OH SNAP!!!! This dude is reading your mail Keith. That'll teach you to build a fibergl*** 49 hudson streetbeast!
