Recently I saw a nice tech artilce in last months Street Rodder Magazine. I happen to have a set of buckets identical to those in the article. The problem I'm posed with is the reflector chrome on mine is faded or non existent. If I'm going to restore these in any fashion using the halogen bulbs or otherwise, do I really need to have these reflector rechromed???
I called a company that does this and its about $120 per reflector. Do I have any other alternatives? What have some of the HAMB members done. I imagine the faded reflector piece is fairly common...Thanks for your comments.

You ca buy new reflectors at Snyders or Brattons for alot less money than rechroming them. Actually I thought they were nickled not chromed.

Thanks for the tip. Can you give me a web page link for Brattons or Snyder's. Thanks again...
