40 ford doors,help.

Ok,all you 40 ford guys,thought i knew it all but have a question.are coupe and 4 door sedan front doors the same,I thought they were but somebody told me they were differant.can somebody set me straight .thanks guys

 

I think the 4-door door has a straighter edge at the top corner of the door, you have to re radius the top corner a little , not hard to do. I just did it to a coupe I'm working on that has a 4-door door on the drivers side. They fit otherwise. I'm no Ford expert.
