i would be interested in that next year, like the few hours before or something, or that morning, maybe get someone else to put it on but promote it together, that way you don't have to take on any more workload

 

we'll be there its gonna be fun but with the same respect no one showing love for next weekends show in support- we hope to see the poorboys and bruce at the One Night Stand in santa Nella-Let us know who coming the courtyard is filling up with Car Clubs and i want to save yah a spot!!

Man went out lookin for trouble even cruised the hotel last night and it was dead! you guys were all sleepin I guess. Hope to make up for that today! got some minor interior stuff to clean up on the galaxie and then we are gonna head over like around 7:30 or 8 dont wanna miss the pin up contest! or any of the vendors! but am hoping to be part for the groupe headin over to the hotel for the rest of the show

 

Its 1:30 in the morning. Just got home and what a great time. For thoughs of you that didn't you missed a great show.

man i had a great time once again!!!!!!and damn my camera hand always had a beer in it so no pics but thanks again to ALL OF THE POORBOYS you guys put on a great show!i enjoyed the hotel hopefully it will stay here?

 

Loved the show I gotta find me a poor boy I owe you guys ten bucks wasnt anyone there to take the cash when i rolled in I dont think I even saw a poor boy till after I was at the after party and then I wasnt sure. Met some really cool people and had a blast hope you guys roll out a suggestion box for next year! Got in a cool flame thrower contest with a 59 impala 4 door wish I knew how to post the video! I had some pix but kept gettin errors when I attempted to post will try again later!

432 registered but a screwup with CalExpo at the begining and more coming in after we quite registering after8, there were about450 or so.
I'll get the total spectator numbers about Thursday.

yeah, I only got to take about 12 pictures in a 15 hour day. My feet are killing me.

Plenty of room to grow here, so it looks good.

If you came in after 8 we had quit taking registration by then. How could yo not find a Poor Boy in the bright neon green shirts? Get those pics and video up.

 

Best car show of the year so far that I have been to. Two Thumbs up. Had a good time at the pre-party. The heat, day of show was more than we are use to in the East Bay BUT part of the fun was making new friends with people who brought their own shade. Love my Ranchero she makes for such the great hanging out spot. The band at the hotel at midnight was a great way to give everyone a place to reconvene & our hotel party lasted into the whee hrs undisturbed but we were on booze rations since no one went to the store in prep. Finished my bottle Tullamore Dew Sun am. Got home yesterday after hanging in Old Sac at 4pm, traffic was lame for a minute, went to bed right away just got my little happy ass up and I still feel hung-over. Have some pictures I will post later.

 

PS. Anyone know the guy Steve who had the booth in the far left corner who did paint / or powder coating? I was really interested in finding out where he got the valve covers he was using for display (red, metal strip on the top, numbers on the side); he was going to find out but I got occupied and didn't go back...
