Looks similar to a clipper, but older than a clipper.

You guys are too quick, but here is another picture that shows the script Packard on the dash.

Pretty neat with the center glove box. Sooo convenient to get the registration when th MAN requests to see it.
Now the, what is this wonderful, if seldom used, dash in?
