Ok i know there are alot of post on the subject but here it goes. I have a 40 ford truck fenderless so it's pretty light. My engine is a 50 8ba .030, stock stroke, and a valve job. I do have a set of stock heads (8ba) and a set of edlebrock aluminum 1's, also a 378 rear gear and a t-5 trans. I also have a 3 pot fenton intake and a 2 pot fenton intake w/holley 94's. I am looking for a camshaft that gives good power and has some lope to it. I am also going to run open headers and a pertronix distributor conversion. So what type of camshaft and or should i use stock heads and get them milled. Any suggestions are apperciated

Forgot to mention i also have an aluminum flywheel, also what is the max lift stock heads (8ba) can handle and how much difference in cooling between aluminum heads. Thanks again

A 1007B is what you want.
An L100 is a good cam but WAY too much for your essentially stock cubic inches and heads. If you have a set of alum. heads, they would give more performance than milled stock heads. They will cool better too. The 2 pot would work better than the 3 for your application.
