    Used to buy alot of rod parts from them in the 50's. I think it was Hayward or close in the bay area. You would give them one of your club plaques for the wall and you would get a discount for your club members. They had a hell of a collection. Always wonder where that collection wound up?

    They're on A street right by 880 freeway, as I remember.
    I bought my first helmet there with the car on the trailer on my way to my first race. I almost forgot I needed one.:eek:
     
  7. weren't they a small chain for a while, i remember the one i used to go to in el toro when i was in high school.
