My buddy just got back to Euroland.. He did a X-country trip through the States and he came back with some kick *** pics. Here's too machines which pretty much blew my mind... Crocker custom @ L.A. Roadster show... One of the coolest bikes I've seen so far And this one @ So Cal's open house party... Another fine piece of machinery being made for Mr. Gibbons.

HEY! Where are the controls on that Crocker? Is the throttle hidden? I see a cable peeping out of the handlebar. Does it have a foot clutch (right pedal?)?
Mmmm... Let's see... Right pedal = clutch Left pedal = rear brake Probably a jockey shifter which we don't see in the pic. Left grip has the cable... Would that be the throttle then???
I saw that bike at LARS. You've got the controls exactly right except that you CAN see the shifter. It's that little lever right in front of the kickstart. The photos don't do it justice. In person it's much cleaner and the textures of the metals and lowness of the bike look incredible.

Yup from '58-'63(narrow shoe's), '64-'72(wide). And just another lil' info, Early '58's used the old style pressed sheet steel drum, then late '58's used the cast style. They found the pressures from the hydralic unit would distort the pressed drums. -Jesse
[ QUOTE ] hey flyingdutchman did you ever post your pics from daytona? i never saw them if you did. [/ QUOTE ] The pics from the Horse show are on our website... I mentioned it here. They didn't come out too good though... I never posted the flattrack pics.
