Headers-Intakes fabricator

There's a guy who makes "awesome" exhausts and tube custom intakes.
Im sure I read about him in the HAMB. He might be a member also, cant remember.

He has a site where I saw several pics of his great work, there was an Hemi with a superb set of headers, really fine work.

Anybody guess who Im talking about ?

Check out Kevin Tulley @ Hot Rod Ch***is and Cycle. Also, I think he is the Victory Header guy.. ****..I am drawing a blank on his HAMB name...he is on here all the time...ummm...****..I can't remember..sorry.
