Event Coverage Milltown 08 a few early pics..

Pics taken (today) Friday at dusk. Some camping over, some pinstripers working, all types of cars. Should be packed tomorrow.

Great show nice pics need more pics to show the guys that did not come wwhat they missed. Had a great time cant wait for next year! The award trophys where very cool. Cool cars bikes and the best of people where there.

 

did the field totally suck once it rained? looks like there was a good turnout - I hope people didnt leave cuz of it...

 

Virtually no one left. We hunkered under the pavillion nice and comfy, listened to the bands & checked out the artwork. There were artists working & barbers cutting through the whole thing. The pavillion had a full bar & plenty of picnic tables. There were plenty of seats under cover to eat. The food was great & inexpensive although it wasn't fast. Best food I've ever had at a show!The field was great to start, no dust at all! After 2 hours of heavy rain, it was a little wet, but not horrible. The sun came back out about 4 o'clock & the show continued into the night! No tuners, no billet & no inflated prices. I had a blast! Thanks, Lance! I'll be back next year.

 

totally was thinking of you guys when the rains came-felt like I should have seen NOAH going by at some points...LOL

Was hoping it didnt turn into a mud bog- glad to hear people stayed. Sounds like Lance got a good show. Nice to hear that everyone for the weekend had success !

 

This was a great show. Some really cool cars and people running around the joint. I was on my Triumph, so I headed out when I saw the t-storms rolling in, but I had other obligations later in the afternoon anyway. My buddy Mike took some pics before his camera died.
