thank you sir!! :) lets hope this war ends soon so all of you can come home and be safe. people say this country is going down hill, but from all the people i've met who have been over there, I think when they come back, they are going to really change a lot of peoples at***udes. just met a "kid" at the ER here, he had been over there for i think 7 years, and he was ready to go back again. Was having a great deal of fun embarrasing the young good looking nurse lol. He was having breathing problems from all the dust, but still ready to go back. These guys are our countries future leaders. So lets all pray they are safe and get to come back to their families. I know there are some people who don't like the war, but even if you don't,you can still support the guys putting their lives on the line for you 24 hours a day. Also we just lost our first from Moultrie since 'nam, he died in the hospital from injuries he received.

I know a guy who is a firefighter, he came back from there and was teaching the civilians there to be police, He told us that (they) go through the course over and over even though they have p***ed the test to be police. (They) say they are not ready to take over to be the police and take the course again. They want us to keep being the police, they are affraid to be the police, so I'm told.

I guess I do not understand those people, but damn it man stand up and be a man, be the police, why do we have to keep being big and strong for them.
God Bless our men and women over there and thank you !!!

    Dirk,

Never been in the service but I can tell you I have the utmost respect for your honor and duty to this country and the freedoms you bring to all of us because of the sacrifices made. Guys and gals like you are the hope of this country and you will be in a lot of American's prayer to come home safe and live out the rest of your life in those same freedoms.

Get your job done over there, makes some friends (foreign and domestic) and come home soon to finish up those projects.

    Godspeed,

    Gaters

This Vietnam infantry vet (with 3 Purple Hearts) hopes all goes well with you and everyone else over there. God be with you. It's really good to see and hear that the people who are serving are being thanked for all they are doing. We were never thanked, actually treated like **** by some, hope no one who serves ever has to experience that again.

My daughter got back in February. With three kids in the military it should go without saying how much we appreciate you guys who put yourself in harms way for our freedoms, but since I don't think it can be said enough... THANKS.

    Be safe,
