white cars with whitewalls

does any one have any pics of white cars with whitewall tires. I was thinking of putting whitewalls on my car but was unsure if that would look weird or not. thanks for any help with this.

 

Ive had two white cars with whitewalls,and everyone seemed to love them.If you like it thats all that matters.

I have always liked that color combo as well as cream or off white with whitewalls.

I think white cars with either wide or narrow whites look OK.
The thing I like least is the car with wide whites mounted on white or
nearly white wheels. Too much white i m h o.

Don't have any pics but to me there isn't anything mechanical much cl***ier than a white car with a white interior and wide whites and lots of chrome.

I think they look real good when the whitewalls match the paint color relatively well. White paint formulas vary a great deal, from almost tan or grey to an almost pure appliance white.

Something I've been hoping to see here on the HAMB is a comparison of just how white the current production wide whites are, which are more yellow or yellow over time, etc.

Skinny whites.....

 

If the whitewalls look darker than the paint, it just makes it look like you have dirty whitewalls. But if the white paint is tinted kind of a creamy color, or pearl, and the whitewalls are brighter than the paint, then it looks sharp.

I think they knew that back in the '30s because most of the cl***ic luxury cars that came with whitewalls that were painted white were sort of a creamy vanilla ice cream sort of white and not pure white.
