Event Coverage OT - Kansas City Car Club/Event HQ?

Hey KC folks - I just saw that the set of 7 or so buildings behind Super Flea is for sale:

Looks like a PRIME piece of real estate (and a nice price) to have a car club HQ and/or a place to have events, rent storage, garage space, etc.

Thought I'd p*** it on.

Is there anybody here in town that rents garage space? I thought there might be a club here that already did that...
