Hot Rods The Bee Stays...The Roadster is Bye Bye !!

    Well i sold the Track Roadster today. It stays local so i get to see it now and then. I have encouraged the buyer to register here. I did take the Bee out of the grill that had been stuck there for 2 years and glued it to the 31 Coupe,he's kinda my mascot..........:D Anway its the last time it wll park alongside the Coupe and its kinda sad to see it go but it was time.

    What's the chop on the coupe, looks like 5 or 6 inches... ?
    (Also, looks nice !!)

    chop is abpout 4 1/2 actually, it was chopped years ago, its a old Hot Rod thats been revived recently........

    LOL..........actually that was the best running flathead i ever had,you could stand outside the car,turn the key and it would fire up instantly!! he got a nice car at a fair price.

    Yea Bob it was bittersweet, but then it always is when ya cut one loose i think.

    Rich.........lemme tell ya ihad a blast with that car!! You built a fine car!! I was torn on selling it but its time had come. The galfriend is having Hellbound Hot Rods build a 32{Brookville} real ol timey. Just got off the phone with Aron and its starting to come together. Going out to visit him on the 20th ,body will be there and frame will be started. The gal and i plan on driving the hell out of it , lotsa trips planned already. She is cloning this car

    That's cool. I'm proud you found each other and both love cars like you do. That should make retirement cool as hell.

    my gal is a Hot Rodders dream come true.........

    she shares my passion , and knows a lot about Hot Rods

    she is so excited about getting her "dream" 32 ,thats all she talks about.

    we spent hours upon hours together planning the car out........

    it doesnt get any better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
