Anyone know the compatibility of '60 Chevrolet rear quarters? After the "wheel incident" with my '60 wagon, I need to find a patch panel to make the repair... Essentially, I need the wheel opening on the p***enger side. Something like this:

I found the above for "impala only", but I am curious what is compatible with my wagon. Anyone know?

Do sedan fender skirts fit a wagon?
If you can determine that, you have an indication the wheel openings are the same.

Ryan, I'm not sure. I know on my 66 Nova wagon from the body line down it is longer on a wagon.

Should be the same I've used the same replacement quarters on all my 60 chevy's and I've had damn near every style of 60 chevy at one time or another and the panels have all fit those styles and if I remember I helped put one off of a 4dr sedan onto a wagon that a buddy of mine had in texarkana tx when I was in college.

  8. if you just need the opening then it should fit, if i remember correctly the impalas are slightly longer then the wagon/sedan del/el camino. i can't remember were it's longer (in front of the wheel to door jamb or behind the wheel to tail light), but judging by the pic it might be the rear.

from the chevy parts book, not sure how accurate the line drawings are....

    Attached Files:

  11. The wheel opening should be the same for all. We just junked one with good wheel arches, I would have cut one out if I'd known. Not much else was good on it, although we should have saved the front doors.

  12. Put Quarters on both sides of my 60, 2 DR SD, didn't have to use the full one cut them down. It was a while ago, the guy I got them from, said you can adapte them to any model.
