Hey Denise,

I was asked to help pit on the Don Prieto Top Banana roadster. My pal Dr Mark Van Buskirk (used to own the Khougaz '32 roadster) restored the car to it's 1955 configuration (hemi etc) and will be racing it. Autumn and I are 90% coming. We'll leave early Sunday AM and are bringing my roadster if we come. It has already been in the salt a couple times this year, so I guess it won't hurt it... Bill

 

I hope to be there,
I don't know if I'll have my truck back together in time though,
I don't want to miss it,
I might have to do a rental car??

they seem to pop up on there more than on here. you also might want to join that site so you can post a reply as soon as you see something pop up.
go to the site, click on "LSR forums" ( i think) at the top and go to the general discussion of bonneville (i think).

hey skidsteer Im staying at the motel 6 in wells if you need a ride to the salt let me know It might be a little tight in the coupe with the pop up tent but Im sure we can make it work this is the ride

Ill be on the salt, prob wont make it due to fact that ill be too busy babysitting our car owners/drivers...... Keep and eye out for the red MG station wagon and come say whats up!!!
