Another sub-forum

I would like to see a place where we coould share and/or request resources. I'm reluctant to ask on the main board, becasue of the clutter and the snipers. Yes, I can pay a local shop to do the work, but then I would not get to meet a local HAMBer.

For example, right now I need to use a sheetmetal shear for 20 minutes. I don't do anywhere NEAR enough work to justify buying one. If I could post a message in that new forum, perhaps a local HAMBer might have one I could use or rent for an hour. I could also use the knowledge of someone local about front ends. Lots of things we could share there.

I have tools sitting idle I would be happy to loan or to share. We all have things we can contribute.

Anywya, just an idea.
