As there are many english-writin(at least) guys from sweden, then maybe you could tell me is there any bigger rods/customs/cl***ics/rock'n'roll festivals in sweden in august-october? As I don't speak swedish I can't find much info from the internet but would like to go to some swedish event in this end of summer. Al
Dude, my experience with Swedes (in Sweden) is they speak better English than most of us as a 2nd language & their writing skills are pretty good. Plus they are nice people & know how to build hot rods

Sorry man, you just missed A-Bombers old style weekend. It was in the 1-2 August and I think it´s one of the coolest happenings we got in Sweden. Don´t miss it next year!!!
Yes, I heard this as well, so it's probably true? (Not the girls, norwegian ones are nicer ) And altraditional, the summer is pretty much over here, but I think there's an End of Summer meet somewhere, albeit not a traditional thing...
Well, got to plan the A-bombers next year, as I was planning on this Yes, the summer is ending, but it can't be that there isn't anything going on there? I am especially interested in events in or near Linköping, because sometimes I am going there anyway. So name even smaller local cruises or when some rockabilly bands are performing etc.
I'm not sure there is a Euronats next year. At Old Warden there was talk of a cruise down to the French Nationals in June which is the week before Lemans, then drive up for the week leading up to the 24 hour race. Lemans 24 hours is an experience any petrolhead worth his salt should do at least once in his life.

There is a pretty big car meeting with all kinds of American iron held in Emmaboda 40 km west of Kalmar on the east coast on Saturday the 30 of august. Its called Power End of summer meet and there used to be some 1800 cars with a wide range from traditional hotrods to 50s and 60s cars. The events been held on an airfield. Pm me if you want further info.
