    Screw that.
    Call B.F.I.C. in Cali.

I don't care how rare or weird Your set up is, they have carbs built for what You need.

**** Vintage Speed. Total weak **** junk. (sure is pretty junk, but junk, none the less.)

Well thanks to Don Ross, I got the correct Shifter top on my ****** and it goes one, two, three, like it never has before. Looks like it is gonna be promising for the drags. Gotta adjust the lifters, work on the brakes, and change out some seats, oh and add a fan for the 100 degree ride up, and I should be ready

If for some reason the carbs don't make it, toss that ****er on a trailer and haul *** for Joplin anyway.

There have been some pretty *****n Ramada parking lot thrashes...maybe this one could make you famous...

I'm serious. You would have 50 guys getting the motor out of that thing and whipping SOME sort of carbeuration on it, no problem.

Good luck and I'll save you a beer. -Abone.

There is a guy at the swap who ALWAYS has 2g's- and i can build those in my sleep.

Bring the car. We can make it happen!

  19. Got the engine/trans in the 57' Pontiac and had it running. Sounds real good. Waiting on my rad to be recored (picking it up tomorrow), my alternator rebuilt (picking up tonight), and my driveshaft to be cut down (maybe today...probably monday).

Still trying to get some rims for the car now that I picked up some dog dish's for the car - 57' Pontiac rims with a chevy bolt pattern that will clear disk brakes and fit the stock dog dish hub caps.

New generator's in and wipers are working. Wrong motor, but working nonetheless. Too bad my car isn't going to the drags though... :( Not sure I can trust her that far yet.

LOL, I just pulled the rear axle apart on the green truck. Been making wierd jerky, lashy movements lately.

Everythings just fine, just the bearing preload on the differential carrier was a bit sloppy but nothing too bad. Checking everything else out and changing all the fluids, rear axle, trans, engine. Oh and I am pulling the intake tomorrow to throw in a new set of intake gaskets. The MrGasket premium ones leak pretty good around the water neck up front.

Do some cleaning and work on my tool kit.

    Other than that I'm ready!

Just got done putting a new right front wheel cylinder. Blead the brakes the best I could with it being my wifes first time, got the Seat belt in, Got the floor board back in, the new (old) insert in the shell, Shell mounted, Bolted down the downdraft tube, tightened the air cleaners, changed the oil, and went for a spin

    Now I am tired
