thanks for the comment on the T sound...I'm pleased !

I got that video as an attachment from my serious redneck cousin down in Alabama. I laughed until I cried the first time I saw it.

I give you little Johnnie's first car show......he's the one in the black T-shirt

Why? It's simple...because for as long as you have the pipes open, you have the biggest BARK in the neighborhood....you may not have the biggest bite, but for a little while you FEEL like the biggest dog in town. Once you out the mufflers on, it's just like muzzling...

When I was interning at Ford many moons ago, we had a triple-black 5.0 Liter 5-speed Mustang convertible with straight pipes in the studio fleet...no cat, no mufflers...I think it may have had low-restriction resonators but nonetheless, it sounded vicious...riding around in it set every car alarm off, turned nearly every head and we were never challenged so long as far as I knew...It was no quicker than any other similar 'Stang but Ooooh how good it sounded...

For some reason after I put the open lakes on my truck I noticed the fuel gauge going down much faster. I wonder why that is?

Oh yea that's because IT'S FUN TO DRIVE UNCORKED! :D
