Cut my fire wall down on the 34 for more transmission clearance. Cleaned up the garage from a total rewire on truck,Throw all the wifes **** in the garage in the trash since it met the 3 day rule. Oh yeah held the couch down to make sure it did not get away for the rest of day.. Grilled some good fat steaks on the grill with corn on cob and baked potatoes.. Now its not 600 degrees outside I think I will go back outside and put the truck on jackstands to change trans pan gasket..

friday night, took the whole family to see steve miller band, both my boys (4&8) loved it.
Saturday: soccer practice, baseball practice for the boys, then went downtown to meet up with my wife who was showing her car at the local carshow, then cruised the wagon later in the eveing at the end of the summer cruise on jefferson st.
Sunday: tack welded the loose rivits on the pulley of the 235 in the wagon... the rattling sound was getting really annoying:D

Got my annual state inspection done on the 34. Good for another 12 months of goofing off. Got closer to moving my daughter out to her new college apartment. Got her computer and network set up. One more week and she will be gone. :D I know I'll miss her, but......... a little peace and quiet may be theraputic.

Next week I got to get back to work on both the 34 and 57.:(

I finished building the fuel tank for my RPU - I'm moving it underneath. Here's a picture of it, but it isn't finished here. I was going to take pictures of it earlier, but I got sidetracked and forgot. My plan is to run the filler neck through the lower portion of the bottom rail on the bed and out into the fender well in front of the tire.

I'm thrashing to get it finshed before the HAMB drags.

I worked on my '29 Dodge Brothers, it hasn't run since 1960. It's still kicking my ***, gas kept running out the carb, but I'm close.

Well I started on my interior for the 51 Friday nite, sewing it up myself. This is the first interior job I have ever tried to do so it will be interesting to see how it turns out. Oh did I mention that I am sewing it on a 1911 Singer Model 27 Treadle machine? How traditional can you get huh?
I did the package tray (white vinyl pleated) and also sewed the inserts to my door panels (metal flake gold pleated). I will post some photos of everything when I get a little further down the road. And I will keep up with the cost to give you an idea of what it would set you back by doing it yourself.

tore another olds motor apart! ugh! maybe get new parts soon!!!!

  20. Go my EMS Rocker panel, rear floor suport and pan welded in my 1950 Shoebox. Finished polishing the bock, Flatty of course. Started to sandblast the control arms, but my gun went out on my blast cabinet, so I got one off of Ebay today.

I also picked up a 24' metal I-beam so I can set up a trolly system in the shop, so I can remove the body and start working on the frame. Should have it set up by the end of the week.

    Great weekend for me!!!:D

I fixed a gas leak on my 36' tank on Saturday along with prepping the rear end for my 37' for paint. I modified a set of late model Jeep rotors to fit my stock hubs of my 37'. The wife went into labor Sat night but then stopped...gave me Sunday to work on the tent trailer I just got. Sunday also allowed me to paint the rear end for the 37'. I may have a roller in a couple of weeks!!

  25. Sold two of my project cars last week, so on Saturday I trailered both of them to there new owners. Then I went and pickup one of mine and brought it home now that I had some extra space.

Today I delivered a truck full of parts to the guy that bought on of the cars last week.
