Yes, I know the HAMB Drags is a drag racing event. Yes, I know that hot rods outnumber kustoms by a big margin. Yes, I know that there are several kustom-flavored events in this region throughout the year. HOWEVER, I am determined to get my kustom fix during the only HAMB-sponsored event I am able to attend each year. I am asking everyone who is planning to attend the HAMB Drags this year to please bring your kustoms! Don't leave them at home in the garage. Own a rod AND a kustom? BRING THE KUSTOM! Thinking of driving a rental car or hitching a ride with a friend? DRIVE YOUR KUSTOM! Bringing out a serious drag car on a trailer? Pull it with your kustom! I will be there, as always, in my chopped '53 Chevy. Every year it seems like there are fewer and fewer kustoms. Let's reverse that trend!
I own a Kustom and a hot rod, I love going to kustom shows but this is the hamb drags........I think I will have to leave the kustom at home and run a few hot laps with the hot rod. I would love to bring the caddy but it just wouldn't be the same, kinda like leaving my kustom at home and driving the hot rod to the spectacular. But for those driving their kustoms I will love looking at them.
Man I wish I could..... Times being what they are I'm hauling stuff out for a few and stuff back for a customer.... .
WOW WOW!!! Man is that thing nice or what??? Gives me a good Thumppy Thump in my chest! Gotta love a shoebox.

Anybody else???? I'm still trying to recover from my car trying to kill me over the weekend. New fuel lines are definitely in order.
