Event Coverage Karb Kings Mobtown Show Baltimore?

Are the Karb Kings doing a show in Baltimore this year?

If so, WHEN?

 

Their website / myspace page says Sept 13, 2008

 

Are you sure on the date? For some reason I marked Sept. 20th on my calendar. Is it going to be at Putty Hill Station still? Last year the place was packed to overflowing. Thanks, Don.

 

I have a flyer for VIRGINIA Karb Kings 69 and back show Sunday 09/14 in Fredericksburg. I believe BALTIMORE Karb Kings Mobtown Greaseball is Saturday 09/20 @ Putty Hill but couldn't get web page to load...Both were great shows last year. VA show had a stripper pole set up for the ladies to try.

 

I think those dates are correct for both shows. Missed the Fredericksburg show last year, but was there the year before. Good show. Gotta check out the action on that stripper pole

 

I have a flyer for this year's Greaseball and it says September 20.

Their MySpace page still has the info for last years show.

Its rumored that they can't use the parking lot this year and they
are trying to find another location in time.
ACTION GIRL...are you out there? Any truth to this?

Yes.. KAOS is a "titty bar", but there will not be dancers on Saturday, it's just a regular bar during this event.

Don't forget the 69 & Back also by the Karb Kings in Fredericksburg. Sunday Sept. 14th Very good show.

 

Yep! Plan on showing up to that one also. But you can't beat a car show that is next to a Hooters and Strip Club!!

Ha! I got there at like 11:00 last year and it was already packed.

 

Well, as many of you know, in May I totaled our late model, broke my neck and busted up my shoulder. The neck is healing pretty well and I just had surgery on my right shoulder Aug. 6th. It's in a sling for 6 weeks. I'm hoping to lose the sling on Sept. 18th. The best news is that with the insurance money and the help of several HAMBers, I've bought a 1963 Impala station wagon. It's going to be my daily driver. I have a friend going through it mechanically and I hope to get it back in time for the Mobtown Greaseball. It will be a coming out party for the wagon and ME!!!

Look forward to seeing a lot of you there..........
