a bellhousing out of an early 80's Spirit. I PMd Imfatdad and Don Moyer with no luck. Thanks anyway guys! Here is what I have. I have a T4 out of one that was mated behind a GM Iron Duke. AMC (all makes combined) used FORD T4's with the FORD mounting pattern mated to the Iron Duke which has your typical Chevy/T350 pattern. AMC had a hybrid bell that did this. Unfortunately I got to the ****** long after the bell left home. I need to find a junkyard or AMC guy that may have one of these sitting around. I would also take the clutch if I were so lucky. All I am doing is mating the ****** behind another banger just like AMC did at the factory. All the parts are out there, nothing wierd to fab. I jst need to find those parts. TIA, Trent

You might try www.moparts.com web site they have an AMC section to get a lead on what your looking for.
I have a wrecked Spirit at the farm, but it has a Volks/Audi 4 cyl. in it. Maybe you want to run a VW diesel???
Tman there is the AMC Nationals at Cordova Dragway coming in a couple of weeks. There is a swap meet. I will be on the look out for ya, if I don't have to work.
That would be cool, thank you. Thanks to a HAMBer I got one offered up for a fair price but I have ideas in my head that may mean I need another.
