I know its been quite some time since I have visited my beloved HAMB. So i figured I would pop in and give an update. The Bird..running like a champ. And the Buick is just about finished...the front brake work is still yet to be done...but once it is, she will be ready for her "maiden voyage". We took a trip to a field out here where many lovelies sit and rot...or wait for some caring person to come along and nab them...the other car I want is in that field and it kills me. Whoever owned it locked the doors and the body is straight..Nobody has been able to get in it...*sigh* but there are a few pics.. Thats me under the Buick...pulling the Oil Pan..and what a pain in my ****! That thing is the same size as me!!

those are the cars in the local field..I wanted to get closer but it is snake "season" out here In Tennessee and Im pretty wary of waltzing through the high gr*** lol... take care xoxo Niki
cool pictures of the cars in the field.... can't wait to see more and pics of the buick. thanks. -scott noteboom
snakes dont eat much! , do you know the person who owns the stuff in the field? i would love to have that jimmie!!
haha...As far as the owners go for the cars in the field...from what we have heard the owner p***ed away! And nobody can reach the family...I say we just grab a trailer and haul those outta there. lol..The make of the locked car (the one I want) is a 64 Imperial.
not to be a buzz kill , i have done much less to get shot at , have yall tried the office of public records to see who might now be the present owner of the property? you might get lucky and somebody might tell you to haul it all off , if you do get the ok lemme know im fairly close to yall..
That is a GREAT idea...thanks for makin me feel stupid haha. What kills me is, waaay in the back of that field there is a little early 60's Nova convertible that is wasted away. The frame has seriously rusted in half, and there is a tree growin' out of it!! DANGIT! lol I think i will try the public records office...what do I say to them...
TbirdGirl, I know here in FL all you have to do is go to the tax appraisers website, input the physical address of the location in question and it spits the contact info of the owner out at you....it's all public info... Not sure how its done over there, but should be similar...
