Ok- I'm old as dirt but I gotta admit I've never heard this term before. Guess I've been living under a rock. A few days ago at a show- this guy has a nice 23 T & says it has a suicide front end. I look at my buddies & no one could come up w/ a definitive description- other than it's a tube axle hanging at the end of the frame. Owner wasn't much more help. So- tell a dummy what the hell it is & show me pics.
Your not alone on that one.. i think its the axle hanging out in front of the frame, i saw a pickup with a "suicide" front end and that was all i could come up with too.
its when the axle is pushed out in front of the frame horns. sometimes bobbing the front horns a bit.they call it suicide because if the spring breaks the frame goes straight to the ground.
